  • Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • We aim to deliver your order within 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • In case of any unforeseen delays, the maximum delivery time may extend to 14 days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your order.
  • You can also track your order through our website by entering your order details.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@theminiml.in, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Minim'l is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In the case of damaged or lost items during shipping, please notify us immediately on the day of delivery. We will assist with resolving the issue, including offering an exchange or store credit.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or any restricted areas.
